Bookings
Bookings can be made by phone, email or in person. Full payment will be required on receipt of the voucher and dates will not be held until payment has been recieved.
At certain times of the year (summer hoidays, christmas and easter) demand is particularly high, so to avoid disappointment we advise you to give us as much notice of your preferred dates as possible.
Spectators
If clients wish to bring a guest to share their experience this can be arranged at an additional fee by prior arrangement
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the date arranged or as soon as notification can be given. All vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable.
In the event of extreme weather conditions ie too windy, too wet, too hot, The Devon Bird of Prey Centre reserves the right to postpone and alternative dates shall be offered
The Devon Bird of Prey Centre resercve the right to terminate a session for an group or an individual at anytime at their discretion
Health and Safety
The Devon Bird of Prey Centre has a health and safety policy, which is adhered to, to ensure safety of clients. The Devon Bird of Prey Centre requests that clients also take responsibility for their own health and safety by raising any concerns they may have about physical ability or health problems prior to attendance and by following instruction during their experience.
Photography is welcome, but no photographs of the birds are to be used commercially without prior consent
